Industrial Maintenance International is working with a leading Oil & Gas operator and is now recruiting a Heavy Equipment Filed Operator. Assignment location will be in Kome, in Chad.

Supports main workshop activities and recovery (Towing) of trucks/equipment from field area to main workshop (Requirement, heavy truck driving license from home country).

Equipment to be handled:

• Heavy earth moving equipment (CAT)
• Trucks & trailers (USA, Canadian, & European)
• Trucks & trailers (USA, Canadian, & European)
• Rotating equipment, and heavy-duty portable air compressors etc.
• Cranes & fork-lifts / telehandlers

Gives attention to detail & quality control. PM maintenance. Performs corrective repairs and component overhauls. Knowledgeable in mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems.

Experience/knowledge using diagnostic laptops to identify defect codes and calibration of systems, identify parts and schematic diagrams etc.  Trucks, heavy equipment, and generators. CAT SIS and ET is highly desirable. Health & safety oriented (Working within a high-risk environment)
