Prepare technical presentations for internal and external use as required. Initiate and participate in peer assists and peer reviews. Seek input from others to ensure high technical standards and integration is achieved in subsurface evaluations. Perform other activities as requested to support Company’s objectives. Mentor junior professionals. Follow and promote HSE good practices.
In order to be considered for this job, applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Geology or Geological Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Development Geologist.
- Proficient in geological modelingusing Petrel suite.
- Proven track record on field development and depletion planning and execution.
- Adept in Geology, Sedimentology, Structural Geology, and Petrophysics.
- Good knowledge of reservoir engineering fundamentals.
- Knowledgeable in open hole logging tools and operations.
- Acquainted with wellsite operations geology.
- Past experience working in multi-cultural and multi-discipline environments.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment constantly sharing information.
- A self-motivated team player who assists in creating an enthusiastic and positive multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Effective communication skills in oral and written English mandatory.
